## Interpretation
Directory serviceStatus is operator support classification, not live validator health. source-listed records were migrated from the public directory. Solana vote and identity addresses have distinct roles. Metrics are snapshots: calculate freshness from observedAt, not just a cached stale flag. Null means unknown, not zero. This is a read-only information interface; it cannot authorize or sign transactions.
